At PURPLE LEAF, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor living space. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it securely in its original packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for larger patio structures.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement within 5-7 business days.
